Is it necessary to register my Aisoy?
For the moment it is not necessary. You will be able to use all the functionalities doing nothing extra. In a near future, when necessary, we will let you know how to do it.
How can I update my Aisoy?
Just go into the Aisoy Lab and in the settings menu click on update if available.
What if my robot is broken? (guarantee)
All the Aisoy1 robots enjoy a guarantee period of one year. This covers problems regarding to the quality of the product, for instance, flaws in any part o due to the assembly process, but we are not responsible if you make a bad usage of the robot.
What if I’m not happy with my Aisoy1?
In case you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days from the the day you bought your robot to get a refund of your money (we are sure that won’t happen! :).
